Food Processing Industry
Our food processing business uses dozens of pails of organic peanut butter every shift, and we’ve been scraping the buckets out by hand for several years. The peanut butter settles to the bottom of the buckets, and about 40% of it firms up like clay. The buckets rotate over the SPINOUT™ Patent Pending blades effortlessly and with about 1 ½ turns the pails are cleaned right down to the white of the bucket. Nail Polish Manufacturing
There are two problems that we need to overcome everyday: time and waste. The materials we use to make our nail polish rapid drying for our consumers also work against us when we are trying to clean out our buckets. Since purchasing the SPINOUT™ Patent Pending this problem has almost been completely eliminated for us. We are able to capture almost all of our product when in the past quite a bit was left stuck to the sides of the buckets due to the drying factor.
